how do the strips work?

the strip dissolves on your tongue and the ingredients start absorbing right there in your mouth. the rest gets swallowed like normal. no water needed.

why strips instead of pills?

bc pills suck. no water, no choking down capsules, no rattling bottle in your bag. strips fit in your pocket and take like 2 seconds.

how do i take one?

put a strip on or under your tongue and let it dissolve. don't chew it. (that's literally it.)

how many should i take?

one a day unless the label says otherwise. more is not better, don't be weird about it.

how fast do they work?

depends. sleep and energy you might feel pretty quick. stuff like collagen or hair skin & nails is a long game, take it every day and let it build. everyone's different tho.

how fast can i get my order?

pick Express (USPS Priority) at checkout for the quickest route. roughly 1 to 3 business days in transit once it ships, after a 3 to 7 business day processing window. so about 4 to 10 business days start to finish. Standard runs a touch longer, 2 to 4 in transit. US only, and it's all estimates, not a promise.

do they actually taste good?

yes lol. we obsessed over this. every strip has its own flavor and none of them taste like vitamins. you'll actually want to take them, which is kind of the whole point.

are they safe?

we use carefully selected ingredients and make everything in facilities that follow quality standards. if you're pregnant, nursing, on meds, or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before taking any supplement. fr, just check first.

can i stack different strips?

do the strips expire?

yeah, every tin has an expiration date printed on it. sealed and stored right (cool, dry, in the tin), they'll stay good until that date. if your tin's past it, toss it and grab a fresh one.

how long does shipping take?

how should i store my strips?

keep them in the tin, somewhere cool and dry. don't leave them in a hot car or steamy bathroom, heat and moisture are the enemy. that's it, they're low maintenance like that.

do i have to take them every day?

for most of them, yep. consistency beats everything. one strip a day is better than a handful once a week.

are these medicine?

no. they're dietary supplements, not meds. not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
